  I respect realism and authenticity in fiction, and bring the following expertise to my work:

· As a retired Military Police officer, I draw on 21 years of experience of conducting investigations into some of the most heinous crimes on military installations. 

· I’ve coordinated and worked with county sheriff’s departments and FBI. 

· I consulted with a Seattle Police Department detective and toured their state-of-the-art law enforcement facility. 

· In addition, I am a 2020 graduate of the University of Tampa MFA Creative Writing Program.
